• You have attempted less than three (3) premium mock tests.
• You have not engaged in fraudulent activity, account sharing, or violation of our Terms of Service.

3. Include your transaction ID, purchase date, and a brief reason for the cancellation to help us improve our services.

Our team will review your request within 48 business hours. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you are on a recurring subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, or yearly), you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings.

• Cancellation stops all future billing charges.
• You will continue to have premium access until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
• We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles.
