प्रश्न-पत्र तीन खण्डों में विभाजित है। प्रत्येक खण्ड से केवल एक-एक विषय का चयन कर कुल तीन निबन्ध हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी अथवा उर्दू भाषा में लिखिए।
प्रत्येक निबन्ध में कुल प्रयुक्त शब्दों की अधिकतम सीमा 700 शब्दों की है।
प्रत्येक निबन्ध के लिए 50 अंक निर्धारित हैं।
